We felt for the dealers and staff in this poker room that seemed (to me at least) to be struggling with its present identity. If you must play here then think on if you want to drink whilst playing. The very few cocktail waitresses that served me looked hassled and overworked whilst wearing cheap looking 'togas' that did not fit in my view. But the oppulance is just not there any more. As for nowadays, the room is well run with approachable managers and good dealers. I guess that's where the money is in 2016 and nostalgia isn't what it used to be. The old poker room has now been turned into yet another night club which is bang on trend for the Vegas of today. Gone are the days of the dedicated, quiet and sumptuous poker room a guy could call home for a few hours and maybe even win a few bucks. The poker room is now out on the casino floor squished in between the sports book and clanging slot machines.
